The winger reached the century when she set up Bunny Shaw against Aston Villa in our first WSL away clash of the season.
It was Hemp’s 48th assist which, alongside 52 goals, sees her hit 100 contributions in the WSL.
Of the seven players to reach the milestone, her tally is the most evenly split between goals and assists, further highlighting her ability to either create the chance or finish it off.
She reached the milestone in 154 appearances, 132 of which have come at City, with 22 at Bristol City.
Eight of her 48 assists were also registered with the Robins before her move to the Blues in 2018.
Hemp joins Vivianne Miedema, Beth Mead, Beth England, Fran Kirby, Nikita Parris and Bunny Shaw in the 100-club.
It’s been a special start to the campaign for the winger, who also became only the fourth player in our history to reach 200 appearances last week.
