Six members of the City squad have travelled to the United Arab Emirates to sharpen up during the upcoming international break.
Demi Stokes, Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw, Laura Coombs, Leila Ouahabi, Steph Houghton and Tara O’Hanlon were all at Zayed Sports City this morning sharpening up in the beautiful Abu Dhabi sun.
City came into the latest international break on the back of a fantastic run of form, which has seen us win each of our last 11 matches in all competitions.

The most recent of those triumphs came against reigning Barclays Women’s Super League champions Chelsea, with Gareth Taylor’s side the first to beat the hosts at Kingsmeadow in over three years.
And the players were hard at work to ensure we come back from the latest break in peak condition ahead of Everton’s visit to the Joie Stadium on Saturday 2 March.
But there were also still plenty of smiles on show in Abu Dhabi, as the players soaked up the sun!
