The City boss has presided over a superb campaign so far which also saw him scoop February and March’s Manager of the Month prizes.
Ahead of our final fixture of the term with Aston Villa on Saturday 18 May, we have won 17 of our 21 league assignments and are aiming to win our second-ever league title before the shutters fall on the campaign.
At present, we sit at the division’s summit on 52 points although having played a game more than second-placed Chelsea.
Under Taylor’s guidance, we also possess the best defensive record across the WSL having conceded just 14 league goals in 2023/24 which is four fewer than the second lowest amount.
Across a term full of highlights, the Welshman led us to an impressive 1-0 win over the reigning champions at Kingsmeadow in February which handed the Londoners their first defeat at the stadium in 33 matches.
What’s more, we also recorded impressive 3-1 victories over Manchester United at both Old Trafford (November) and the Etihad Stadium (March).
The boss is shortlisted alongside Emma Hayes (Chelsea) and Matt Beard (Liverpool) and voting closes at 10:00 (UK) on Monday 13 May.
