We welcome the Reds to the Joie Stadium for a 19:00 (UK) kick-off for our second home fixture of the WSL season.
In our opening Joie clash, Hemp became only the fourth player in our history to reach 200 City matches, as the winger helped us to a 3-1 win over Birmingham City.

And fans can pay tribute to the England international on Friday evening by taking part in plenty of celebrations before the action gets under way.
As always, there are plenty of other activities also planned, with a full rundown available below…
Hemp activities
The new Fanzone returns once again to the South Stand, with ‘HEMP 200’ face painting designs available to show your appreciation for our winger.
The new MCW monogram – the key visual feature of the WSL champions’ new brand identity – is also available ahead of kick-off, as well as other stunning designs.
There is also the opportunity to make your own Hemp sign in the fan zone, so be as creative as you possibly can and add a personal touch to your tribute for our double centurion.
Finally, the City Quiz once again returns with this week’s player focus – you guessed it – being on the England international.
Make sure you do your homework ahead of Friday, as the person who wins the quiz by answering the most correct answers in the shortest amount of time could win a signed Manchester City shirt!
Just keep your eyes on the big screens to scan the QR code and enter.
Fanzones
If those Hemp-related activities weren’t enough to get you excited, then there’s still plenty of other attractions available before the action gets under way.
Our Kids Fanzone is once again open at the back of the West Stand - perfect for younger fans, with face painting, inflatables, Dream Team activities and plenty of football fun.
The South Stand Fanzone, meanwhile, is a dedicated space for those fans looking for something a little different. Enjoy our food market with plenty of snacks and refreshments available, including sweet treats and coffee options.
There are also activities for everyone to enjoy, including the previously mentioned Hemp-related crafts, and a photobooth!
New Express Bar – West Stand
Following feedback from fans after our Birmingham fixture, we’re trialling a new express bar behind the West Stand.
The bar is located within the previously closed-off West Stand concourse, which is now available for fans to enjoy on matchdays.
We’ll review the trial after Friday’s fixture before deciding whether to make it a regular feature at Joie matches!

Elsewhere, our Next Gen side will also be taking part in a pre-match interview, discussing our PGA Under-21 campaign so far.
There are also opportunities to be part of the fun on the pitch and wave the starting XI flags ahead of the team coming out onto the pitch, as well as being the lucky fan who gets to press the big blue button to start the game.

Fantasy Premier League
The WSL’s official Fantasy Premier League has been introduced for the 2026/27 campaign, and we have a special match-going fan league set up!
If you want to take part, head to the South Stand Fanzone to find out our league code and keep an eye on the screens at the Joie.
Each gameweek, we check in on who is currently top of our league and, if the leader is in the stadium, they can show their team to a Playmaker and win a special prize!

Half-time – Revolut Wheel of Wishes returns
The popular Revolut Wheel of Wishes is back!
One lucky fan will have the opportunity to spin the wheel at half-time and win some incredible prizes.

Coming with little ones? Don’t miss our Joie Buggy Park
Our free Joie Buggy Park is available once again, allowing supporters to safely leave their prams during the match before collecting them after full-time.
The dedicated area is available below the West Stand at the Joie Stadium.
Food and drink
There will be a wide range of food and drink options available throughout the Joie Stadium, with additional vendors around the concourse to help you fuel your matchday.
Following the successful trial last season, supporters can once again enjoy alcohol inside the seating bowl, making it the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
Please note that supporters seated in Blocks W1, W2 and W3 are located within the Alcohol-Free Zone and alcohol cannot be taken into these areas.
