Kick-off is set for 14:15 (UK), and a win for Gareth Taylor’s side would move us within touching distance of our first league crown in eight years.
But while City are looking ahead to what could be a thrilling finale to the season, Sunday’s clash also provides an opportunity to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had so far.
Indeed, this weekend marks our legendary captain Steph Houghton’s final home fixture before she calls time on her playing career.
Our record appearance holder and most decorated player, Houghton will be given the send off she deserves after the final whistle, receiving a signed shirt and lifetime season card while pitchside.
The defender will then address the fans and conduct a short interview before a moment on the pitch with the rest of the City squad.
Autograph alley will continue as normal but will be delayed, allowing all of our supporters to share in our captain’s celebrations.
Additionally, with Sunday being the final home game of our tenth season as a professional outfit, fans will also be provided with clap banners at the Joie Stadium, in partnership with Nissan whose continued support for our women’s team stretches back across the decade.
Elsewhere, supporters can also look forward to the final of this season’s Battle of the Bands.
Our final sees Queen Cult face Lissy Taylor. Both will be performing live in on our stage area above the players tunnel before the game against Arsenal.
Make sure you have your smart phones at the ready as you, the fans, will be voting for your favourite band, Queen Cult or Lissy Taylor. Just head over to mancity.com/botb and vote for your winner.
The winner of our competition (which will be announced at half-time against Arsenal) will receive a weeks’ worth of studio time!
Also at half-time, you can take part in a special quiz and be in with a chance of winning a bundle of Joie goodies worth £1000!
