Six members of Gareth Taylor’s squad have been in the United Arab Emirates across the week, maintaining their sharpness during the current international break.
But while Steph Houghton, Demi Stokes, Tara O’Hanlon, Leila Ouahabi, Laura Coombs and Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw have each put in the hard yards this week, there have also been opportunities to enjoy themselves away from the pitch.

Indeed, the players were taken on an unforgettable desert safari, enjoying some traditional Arabic food and dancing while sampling Abu Dhabi’s stunning surroundings.
There were also plenty of exciting activities to get involved in, and the players had the chance to explore the sand dunes on quad bikes and buggies, as well as test out their balance with some sand boarding!
