Training: Gunning for Arsenal

View the best images from training as City fine-tuned preparations for our 2024/25 Barclays Women’s Super League curtain-raiser.

Gareth Taylor’s side open our league campaign with a trip to Arsenal on Sunday 22 September, with kick-off at the Emirates Stadium scheduled for 12:30 (UK).

We enter the fixture buoyed by our UEFA Women’s Champions League Round Two qualifying first leg victory over Paris FC.

Goals from Vivianne Miedema, Jess Park (two), Mary Fowler and Chloe Kelly gave us a commanding 5-0 advantage entering the decider at the Joie Stadium.

Now, attention turns to our trip to north London as our meticulous hard work continued at the City Football Academy on Friday.
