After a 20-day pause in play due to the international break, we are back in action on Sunday looking to kick-start our season at home to Leicester City.
And we are finally home at the CFA for the first team since last season, following the postponement of our opening day clash with Arsenal due to the Queen’s passing.
Despite an excellent first half display against Chelsea last time out, we unfortunately left Kingsmeadow empty handed as we fell to a 2-0 defeat.
This followed a dramatic seven-goal thriller with Aston Villa, with the Villans running out 4-3 winners.
And the desire to collect our first points of the season was reflected in the session, as we were put through our paces by Gareth Taylor.
The mood in camp was also high after Esme Morgan made her England debut against Czech Republic on Tuesday!
