City's attentions turn back to the Women's Super League after a well-earned festive break.
Gareth Taylor’s side make our long-awaited return to action when we face Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday 9 January.
The game gets under way at 12:00 (UK) and provides City with the chance to begin 2022 on a high, as we aim to close the gap on the Champions League places.
After a difficult start to the new season, compounded by an unprecedented injury list, City finished 2021 with three wins in our last four league matches.
It leaves Taylor’s side in a healthy position as the halfway point in this season’s WSL approaches, and the players returned to the City Football Academy with a spring in their step ahead of our return to action.
