The City trio have all secured a place in the prestigious annual XI, which is voted for by professionals from across England’s top division.
All three had stellar 2022/23 campaigns for Gareth Taylor’s side which saw them also named in their respective nations’ squads for the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
Greenwood was once again at the centre of our strong defensive displays last term across 29 appearances in all competitions.
In total, she recorded 29 interceptions, won 67 duels, 23 tackles and made 158 recoveries in the WSL across the campaign.
Her remarkable consistency and experience were rewarded in December 2022 with a contract extension, seeing her commit her future to the Club until 2026.
Following her summer move from West Ham, Hasegawa instantly became a vital cog in City’s machine in 2022/23.
Sitting at the base of the City midfield, she took little time to adapt to her new surroundings, finding the net in a player of the match display against Leicester in October 2022.
The Japan international attempted 1126 passes, with a completion rate of 89%. She won 83 duels while also making 38 tackles and 40 interceptions, defining the art of a deep-lying midfielder.
Finally, Bunny enjoyed a historic term last year, finding the net a staggering 31 times in just 30 games.
That tally ensured she surpassed Nikita Parris’ record as the Club’s highest scoring Women’s player across a single season.
This record is even more impressive when factoring in her nine assists in all competitions, meaning she finished the campaign with an astonishing 40 goal involvements.
