City will travel to London this weekend where we take on fellow title contenders Arsenal on Sunday 2 April with kick-off scheduled for 12:30 (UK) at Meadow Park.
After City’s crucial 2-0 win over Chelsea last weekend, the title is all to play for with Manchester United, City, Chelsea and Arsenal all within three points of each other.
We sit second, level on points with Manchester United and three points above fourth-placed Arsenal.
City head into the fixture with a 14-game unbeaten run in the top-flight while Jonas Eidevall’s team are in fine form themselves, having won all their WSL games since our 2-1 win over them in February.
First-half goals from Lauren Hemp and Chloe Kelly were the highlights of an impressive performance by Taylor’s team. Rafaelle Souza’s goal wasn’t enough for us to share the points with Arsenal.
Prior to the game this weekend, Arsenal will welcome Bayern Munich in the second leg of their quarter-final match on Tuesday evening at The Emirates Stadium. Arsenal lead 1-0 on aggregate.
