City will open the new campaign with Champions League action in the second round qualifiers on either 31 August or 1 September with our opponents to be discovered in Sunday’s draw.

With a fortnight to go, preparations have been ramping up and contrary to Esme Morgan‘s amusing snap, the players most definitely have not been lying down on the job!
Gareth Taylor‘s side have stepped up their training regime and although most of the squad are still enjoying their holidays following their Olympic exploits, the remaining players have been putting in the hard yards.
