After landing in Western Australia on Wednesday, Gareth Taylor‘s squad have been hard at work at the Football West local authority’s ground.
It’s all building towards next week’s matches in the Perth International Cup.
We’ll face Leicester City at 11:15 (UK) on Wednesday 28 August at HBF Park, before playing either West Ham United or Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday 1 September.
Both matches will be available to watch live on mancity.com and our official app with an active CITY+ subscription.
In order to be in the best shape possible for those matches, Taylor has had his players in the gym and on the pitch.
Windy and wet conditions in the depths of the Australian winter have made the players feel somewhat at home, while morale has been high in the camp with the majority of players together again for the first time since the end of last season.
