Gallery: Warming up for a final!

With less than 24 hours to go, City have now trained for the final time ahead of Saturday's Women's League Cup final.

We face Chelsea at Pride Park at 12:15 (UK) on Saturday 15 March for the first major piece of silverware of the season.

It will be Interim Head Coach Nick Cushing’s first game in charge after he returned to the Club earlier this week.

The returning boss will be hoping to help City win a fifth League Cup title, his fourth following our trophy lifts in 2014, 2016 and 2019.

It’s also the first of four successive fixtures where we will face Sonia Bompastor’s outfit with UEFA Women’s Champions League and Barclays Women’s Super League fixtures to follow.

Ahead of the early start on Saturday, we put in the hard yards at the City Football Academy on Friday.
