Andree Jeglertz and his players have just one more assignment before the winter break - a trip to West Ham in the quarter-finals of the Subway Women’s League Cup on Sunday.
The Blues have reached this stage after topping Group A ahead of Everton, Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United.
It’s just part of the promising form in the first half of the season, with the Blues having won all 13 games since the defeat to Chelsea on the opening weekend of the Barclays Women’s Super League season.
Now, there’s just one more hurdle before a three-week break over the festive period.
Jeglertz made sure his squad were fully focused for what was to come in Manchester on Friday.
