United face Chelsea on Wednesday evening and, should they fail to beat the WSL leaders, Sunday’s showdown could have a huge bearing on who claims the third and final European spot.
The prospect of a win at Old Trafford is a tantalising one anyway, regardless of European positions potentially being at stake, and the players were hard at work on the CFA pitches to make sure we’re ready for that challenge.
As always though, there were still chances to have a laugh between the drills, with spirits high in the camp following our victory over Leicester.
