Andrée Jeglertz’s side raced into a two-goal lead at Chigwell Construction Stadium thanks to quickfire goals from Kerolin and Lauren Hemp.

But the hosts pulled a goal back midway through the first half Riko Ueki and applied pressure on the Blues’ goal until Grace Clinton’s venomous effort from the edge of the box found the top corner and extended our lead once again.

After the interval, City delivered a professional performance to secure the victory which saw Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw’s header and Laura Coombs’s strike ensure our place in the last-four.
