City were back at the CFA for training on Tuesday after Sunday's Barclays Women's Super League defeat against Aston Villa.
Gareth Taylor‘s side fell to a 4-3 defeat in the season opener just two days ago, but with Chelsea to come this weekend it was straight back to work today.
Laura Coombs and Bunny Shaw were the goalscorers on Sunday, while five of the heroic Lionesses squad from the summer were in the starting XI.
Having missed the scheduled opener in order for football to pay respect to Queen Elizabeth II, City will be looking to get our first win against the current champions this coming Sunday.
