After a captivating three-and-a-half weeks, England lifted the European Championship trophy at a sold-out Wembley on Sunday night.

City forward Chloe Kelly had the game’s key moment, poking home England’s extra time winner and wheeling away twirling her shirt above her head - while Keira Walsh was named Player of the Match.

In total, there were seven City players in the triumphant England squad that scored 22 goals and conceded just twice. As well as Kelly, the victorious Lionesses were Alex Greenwood, Lauren Hemp, Ellie Roebuck, Demi Stokes and Ellen White.
