To help fans to attend, alternative travel arrangements have been drawn up to provide up to 10 free coaches from Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium.

The FA will provide up to 10 coaches to the Etihad Stadium for City fans to travel down. Coach travel on these services is complimentary in lieu of the West Coast mainline closure.

All customers are required to pre-book. Tickets must be presented on arrival in order to board the services and all coach bookings must be processed by 17:00 on Wednesday 13 April 2022. There will be no acceptance of spectator coach bookings beyond this date.

There are no designated seats or coach allocations, except for accessible users. If you have any accessible requirements, please make this known when booking your ticket. Accessible users will be provided with an allocated coach and departure time. Advanced communications will be issued to these ticketholders.

All coach departures will commence from 05:00 on Saturday 16 April. Ticketholders are advised to arrive from 04:30 to ensure early onboarding and no late departures.

All coach services are direct to Chigwell Construction Stadium with no scheduled service station stops. Each coach will have two drivers to prevent stopping for driver changeover, however should this be required, the coach will stop at a service station for changeover only. No passengers will be allowed to exit the coach.

Please be reminded that coach passengers are not permitted to bring any alcohol on board National Express services, and no items are permitted in the coach luggage holds.

All passengers are reminded not to leave anything on the coach when disembarking at the stadium. Please keep hold of your matchday tickets. Spectators will be asked to provide proof of their coach booking when re-boarding the services post-match.

On return to Manchester, expected arrival back at the Etihad Stadium is between 20:00 and 22:00.
