VERSATILE, TRICKY DEFENDER 

Charlie’s City journey began at Under-8s level. 

He grew up playing as a midfielder who has always enjoyed the ball at his feet as he developed his game through every age group.

But since joining the Under-18s, has featured predominantly at full-back, showcasing the youngsters versatility. 

Courtman also has a keen eye and great ability to play the ball forward, splitting defensive lines consistently. 

After an impressive first season with the Under-18s in 2024/25, he’ll be looking to have another positive season with Oliver Reiss’ side in 2025/26.
