Dynamic Full-back
Ezra has been part of the Academy since his registration aged 11 and progressed through the Academy ranks to earn a scholarship in July 2022.
Always a willing attacking option from full-back with a fantastic range of passing, Carrington progressed to the Under-18s squad for the 2022/23 season.
He went on to feature in the Premier League 2 and UEFA Youth League on top of impressive performances in the U18 Premier League.
The defender carried this form into the 2023/24 season, his second campaign with the Under-18s. He made 18 appearances before picking up an injury which kept him sidelined for the second half of the season.
In 2024/25 Carrington moved up to the EDS side to continue his recovery. After a long recovery process, Carrington was able to return to the matchday squad at the end of the campaign and will be looking to make a comeback in 2025/26.
