TECHNICAL, INTELLIGENT MIDFIELDER
After signing for City’s Academy in 2023 from Leeds United, Finlay has impressed the academy with his technical ability and calming presence in the final third.
He provides the same excellent midfield qualities as an England youth international. He provides creativity in front of goal and has the ability to be completely change a game with a single moment.
And Gorman certainly showed that in his first season with the Under-18s.
In 2024/25, Gorman played 28 games and had 21 goal involvements in all competitions, as one of the youngest players in the squad.
He’ll be looking to play another key role in the Under-18s engine room in 2025/26.
