EXPLOSIVE, CLINICAL STRIKER
Luca joined the Club as a scholar in 2023 after progressing through Reading’s Academy ranks.
A versatile forward who primarily operates through the middle, Fletcher has explosive acceleration and speed that defenders find hard to match.
Also a clinical finisher in front of goal when given the chance, Luca scored 10 goals and provided four assists in 17 appearances for the Under-18s in the 2023/24 season.
Fletcher will be looking to build on this as a senior player in the Under-18s for the 2024/25 campaign.
