Your Cup Scheme payment for the Exeter City match will be automatically taken on Tuesday 30th December 2025.
Please ensure that your card/payment details are up to date by following the below steps;
1. Log in to your online account here
2. Click on Cup Schemes under your name
3. Highlight the FA Cup or FA Member Cup Scheme by clicking the box to the left
4. Once selected, click Update Payment Card and input the correct payment card details
Seat relocates
As a result of the extended away allocation, the visiting club has been allocated South Stand Level 3 and the majority of South Stand Level 1 (blocks 114 to 119). Season Ticket Members on the FA Cup scheme in this area will be required to relocate to an alternative seat.
Season Ticket Members on the FA Cup Scheme in an affected seat will be allocated a seat by the club. This seat will be as close to their season ticket seat as possible.
Log in to your account, go to reservations tab to check what seat has been allocated.

Should we successfully progress in the competition, we will use the seat you purchased for this match as your preferred seat for all future FA Cup matches where an extended away allocation affects your seat.
You will be able to transfer your Cup Scheme ticket from Friday 2nd January 2025
Season Ticket transfer rules apply across all competitions, but Cup matches have a slight difference:
For Season Ticket Members on the FA Cup Scheme, supporters can transfer their ticket to:
✅ Another Season Ticket Member (only if they’re not on the Cup Scheme and don’t already have a ticket for the match*)
✅ One of your 3 nominated non-Members
✅ An Official Cityzens Member (only if they’re not on the FA Member Cup Scheme
For Cityzens Matchday and Junior Members on the FA Member Cup Scheme, supporters can transfer their ticket to:
✅ Season Ticket Members (only if they’re not on the Cup Scheme and don’t already have a ticket for the match*)
✅ An Official Cityzens Member (only if they’re not on the FA Member Cup Scheme
If you are in the FA Cup Scheme, your seat is guaranteed for all home matches in the competition. You will not need to purchase these tickets on a match-by-match basis, payment will be taken automatically from your nominated account/card in advance.
If you are not in the FA Cup Scheme, your seat is not reserved for this competition. You will however receive a priority window to purchase individual match tickets for home matches in this competition, outlined in the Sales Criteria.

As previously communicated, to be eligible for any Season Tickets released in 2026/27, fans must have purchased tickets for 35 or more home men’s matches, across any competition, over three seasons combined: 2023/24, 2024/25 or 2025/26 season.
We are reminding fans of this now so that fans who may currently be short of the 35-match requirement can purchase tickets now, or later in the season, should they wish.
Please note, meeting the 35-match requirement does not guarantee a Season Ticket.
