SALES CRITERIA
Due to a technical error with the ticketing section of our website on Tuesday 4th February which led to some fans being unable to purchase tickets for Real Madrid at home, we took the decision to pause all sales so all eligible fans had equal access to the tickets.
Having worked closely with our external providers to solve this situation, we can confirm that ticket sales will resume on Wednesday 5th February. We have updated our sales criteria to reflect this, please see below.

Tickets can be purchased by supporters who meet the above sales criteria, online here or by telephone on +44 (0)161 444 1894. Booking fees will apply for tickets purchased over the phone.
Tickets are to be used by the named ticket holder only. Supporters found to be passing their tickets on may be in breach of the terms and conditions and could face further action by the club. If you can no longer attend, contact the club to discuss your options.
Your cup scheme payment for the Real Madrid match will be automatically taken on Thursday 6th February.

- Highlight the UEFA Cup Scheme by clicking the box to the left
- Once selected, click Update Payment Card and input the correct payment card details
As a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to Season Ticket Members registered on the UEFA Cup Scheme will be unavailable. Full details of seats impacted for the League Stage fixtures are as follows;

We will allocate you the seat you either chose or were allocated for the match against Club Brugge as your preferred seat for the match against Real Madrid.
We understand you may like to sit somewhere else, if you would like to be seated elsewhere in the Stadium then you can contact Fan Support at 3pm on Monday 3rd February, and a member of the team can assist.
