The Club has received an allocation of 3913 tickets, including 15 wheelchair bays and a number of tickets for ambulant supporters. Please note that the wheelchairs are located in the home section of the stadium.
All tickets for this fixture will be issued as paper. Tickets for this fixture will be available for collection from the Etihad Stadium. Further details will be sent to you directly regarding your ticket collection.
- Supporters will need to input their passport number in order to purchase match tickets and cannot complete their transaction without it. This will be shared with UEFA to meet their requirements.
- Supporters are advised that on the night of the match, Real Madrid stewards will check that the name on the ticket matches that of the supporter who has purchased the ticket.
- Photo identification (passport or driving license) will therefore be requested to validate the name of the respective supporter and to allow entry into the stadium. This must be the physical document. Photo copied documents will not be accepted.
From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match: Season Ticket Members, Seasonal Hospitality Members, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners and the Man City Supporters Club.
We advise against booking travel or accommodation for fixtures until they secure a ticket.
Our Official Travel partner, Sportsworld will not be running a travel package for this match.

Similar to previous seasons, Season Ticket Members on UEFA Cup Scheme aged 18 and 25 years old (based on supporter’s age on 1st August 2024) can purchase from an exclusive allocation of away match tickets on the first day of sale.However, for the 2024/25 season, to help improve the purchase journey, the Club will assign the 5% allocation for 18–25-year-olds to a specific block in the away section.
Fans with the necessary ticket points to be able to buy in the first window will be excluded from this allocation and can select a seat in a location of their choosing.
Any tickets that are not purchased on this day will be added to the wider allocation for Season Ticket Members on UEFA Cup Scheme.
The Club has received an allocation of 15 wheelchair bays and an allocation of seating for ambulant disabled supporters. Qualifying supporters will also be allocated a complimentary personal assistant seat, should they be eligible. Qualifying disabled supporters can purchase online as follows.
- Wheelchair Users – simply log in to your online account, select the ‘Wheelchair Section’ and you will be allocated the best available position.
- Ambulant Disabled – once logged in to your account, select the block you would like to sit in, and you will be allocated the best available seats.
When purchasing wheelchair bays online, select the quantity as one ticket, as this will also allocate the personal assistant to the basket. Within the basket, you can then change the owner of the second ticket to your personal assistant.

Entry to the Santiago Bernabeu, will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club, along with photo ID (passport or driving license). This must be the physical document. Photo copied documents will not be accepted.The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to the Santiago Bernabeu, as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.
All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2024/25 Away Match Terms and Conditions of Sale and the applicable Ground Regulations of the opposing team.
It is important to note that tickets cannot be returned within 7-days of the match in line with our refund policy.
