Less than 24 hours after our impressive 3-1 win at Crystal Palace, the City squad were back at work at a bright and breezy CFA as the focus switched to Wednesday’s Champions League quarter-final decider against Spurs.
It was a blustery backdrop as the players – including Fernandinho, who was absent at Selhurst Park – went about their business.
Not surprisingly after nine straight league victories, spirits were high as the focus was trained on Tottenham with City facing back-to-back home games, first in Europe and then the Premier League, against Mauricio Pochettino’s men.

Rondos, passing drills and some shooting practice made up the session, with the team full of smiles in anticipation for Wednesday’s eagerly-awaited match.
