As part of City in the Community’s 30 year celebrations, four youngsters from the Kicks programme got the surprise of their life as they joined the Manchester City 2016/17 team photo.
The teenagers enjoyed an unforgettable day, receiving a special tour of the City Football Academy, before Kicks’ coaches Craig and Jack revealed the memorable day would get even better with the opportunity to meet their heroes.
Callum, Edson, Leonardo and Milton donned their very own City kit and took their seat alongside the likes of Gael Clichy, David Silva, Nolito and manager Pep Guardiola for the annual squad photo.
The Kicks programme gives young people the opportunity to play football in a safe environment and make new friends with the aim of reducing the risk of anti-social behaviour.
