City 6-1 Southampton: Brief highlights

Manchester City moved two points clear at the top of the Premier League table after a superb 6-1 win over Southampton.

Man-of-the-match Raheem Sterling capped a wonderful display by scoring two goals with Sergio Aguero, David Silva, Leroy Sane and a Wesley Hoedt own goal completing the scoring.

The Blues had raced into a 3-0 lead inside the first 20 minutes and never looked back as we recorded our ninth league win from 11 games.

It was also a day of notable landmarks with Aguero registering his 150th Premier League goal for the Club and Sterling registering his 50th career goal for the Blues.
