Manchester City’s women’s team added an FA Cup to our 2019 trophy haul with a 3-0 victory over West Ham United at Wembley Stadium.

A dominant second half display in which the young trio of Keira Walsh, Georgia Stanway and Lauren Hemp all scored, sealed a double for Nick Cushing’s side, who lifted the Continental Cup back in February.

After a cautious first half the game opened up in the second period and City took full advantage to secure a second FA Cup.

Walsh got the ball rolling with an effort from distance which bounced awkwardly for the West Ham keeper, before a moment of magic from Stanway ten minutes from time put one hand on the trophy.

18-year-old Hemp confirmed the victory, chipping the keeper from outside of the area two minutes after being introduced from the bench.
