Supported by Nexen Tire since 2017, Young Leaders in East LA are using the power of football to educate young people in their communities on the importance of healthy nutrition and active lifestyles.
Speaking about his visit to the community football festival, Shaun Wright-Phillips said: “Meeting the Cityzens Giving Young Leaders in Los Angeles was a great experience. It was amazing to see first hand their energy and commitment to making a positive difference to the lives of local kids in the community.”

Nexen also donated several tires which will be fitted to vehicles that East LA Rising use to help safely transport participants from local schools to the centre to attend the programme.
