“Probably on reflection a draw was a fair result. I felt they edged it in the first half and we did the second half,” said the City boss.

“It had a bit of everything. It was probably a bit too open for both teams at the end.
“We could have won it we could have won it, so the result was probably a fair one for both teams.
“We wanted to win the game, but it was a good turnaround for us (after the first half) and it was important not to lose the game.
“I think there are still look at areas where we can improve on, there were parts of our build up we can look at.
“But in the second half we got it towards where we ant it to be and that allowed us to arrive at the final third.”
