City were originally due to face Sutton who beat Clevedon 2-1 after extra time in their second-round tie last week.
But Sutton have now been disqualified from the tournament for fielding an illegible player.
As a result the young Blues will instead face Somerset Floodlit Youth League side Clevedon, who currently lie second in the Premier Division table.

Our third-round tie is scheduled to be played in the week ending on Saturday, December 15 with the precise date and kick-off time yet to be officially confirmed.
Two times winners of the tournament, City will be seeking to pen another exciting chapter in what is an illustrious FA Youth Cup back-story.
Despite suffering a third-round exit to Plymouth Argyle last year, losing 7-6 on penalties, City’s recent record in the competition makes for impressive reading.
Remarkably, the Blues were finalists for three successive years between 2015 and 2017, being edged out by Chelsea on all three occasions.
Going further back in time, City’s maiden FA Youth Cup triumph arrived in the most memorable fashion in 1986.
A vibrant, exciting Blues squad featuring the likes of true City legends Paul Lake, David White, Paul Moulden, Ian Brightwell, Andy Hinchcliffe and skippered by Steve Redmond, beat Manchester United 2-0 at Maine Road to seal a 3-1 aggregate triumph.
Almost 20,000 fans turned out on April 29th, 1986 to see Tony Book’s young charges make history against United with Moulden and David Boyd both on target to seal the silverware.
Fast forward more than 20 years to 2008 and City were crowned FA Youth Cup winners for the second time, overcoming Chelsea 4-2 on aggregate in the final.
The then head of our Academy, Jim Cassell, assembled a richly talented squad the vast majority of whom have gone on to enjoy fine professional careers including England and Spurs defender Kieran Trippier, Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge, Celtic and Belgium international Dedryck Boyata, Burnley skipper Ben Mee, and Slovakian winger Vladimir Weiss.
Mee, Weiss and striker David Ball were all on target as City sealed the Cup with a 3-1 second leg win at the Etihad in front of a crowd of almost 20,000 after the first leg had ended all square at 1-1 apiece at Stamford Bridge.
Overall, City have finished runners-up in the FA Youth Cup on seven occasions, with the Club being edged out in the finals of 1979, 1980, 1989 and 2006 in addition to that run between 2015 and 2017.
Now the class of 2018 will be seeking to try and create their own slice of FA Youth Cup history.
