Six hundred youngsters from more than 59 countries will experience what it’s like to be a professional footballer with Manchester City this summer.

Junior players will descend on the City Football Academy (CFA) in July and August to take part in two City Football Schools programmes, both of which provide an authentic insight into the game at elite level.

The City Football Language School will welcome youngsters aged 9-17.

During the two-week programme, they will develop their communication skills as they discover and experience various roles within football, while simultaneously developing their playing ability.

On the City Football Performance programme, a group of 12-17-year-olds will spend five days at the CFA as they work with City Football coaches and specialists for a unique footballing education.

Training at the outstanding facility where the City first team, Man City Women and Academy teams are based, this programme consists of training sessions, workshops and performance tests which will develop players’ ability.
