For fans with or without a match ticket for the Manchester derby, we look forward to welcoming families to the City Football Academy indoor pitch which will be jam-packed with Christmas excitement.
The event will be running from 12:30 - 15:00 (UK).
Those in attendance will be in with a chance of winning amazing prizes at the Kids Fanzone including the chance to be a player mascot and walk out on the pitch with the players against Manchester United, the chance to be in the team photo ahead of kick-off, a squad-signed shirt and loads more Christmas goodies!
What have we got going on at our Christmas special Kids Fanzone? We have...
- A space to have a kick about with our City in the Community coaches
- 25 football-related inflatables and activations
- A design your own gingerbread football shapes decorating station
- A meet and greet with Santa and his elves who will be handing out City goodies
- Live music from our roaming brass band who will be playing lots of festive tunes
- A family picture station at our gingerbread house
- A photo opportunity with our amazing Ice Queen stilt walkers
- The Grinch in attendance, having travelled all the way from Whoville!
We’ve also had visits from Rodri, Nathan Ake and Josh Wilson-Esbrand this season, so who knows, maybe another player will pop in to help spread some festive cheer!
