Having been closed in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the store will be ready to welcome supporters in person once again from this Friday, July 10th.
Between July 10th and July 14th supporters will be able to pick up a bargain with this season’s PUMA kits available at reduced prices while fans can also purchase our brand-new training and leisurewear ranges.
In line with new safety precautions, the store will be operating under slightly reduced opening hours of 10am – 4pm each day.

The CityStore will also be closed for every home matchday, regardless of the kick-off time.
And to help ensure that all our fans have an enjoyable and safe shopping experience we will also have the following measures in place:
• Hand sanitisers at the entrance.
• Routine store cleaning taking place.
• Screens up at tills when making payments.
• We will be operating a card-only payment policy.
• All staff working in store will be temperature checked prior to their shift starting.
• We will limit the number of people allowed in store at a time, but ensure that an appropriate queuing system will be in place.
• Fans will be allowed to park at the yellow car park at West reception while disabled badge holders will still be able to park next to the store as normal.

Supporters are also advised that the CityStore will be closed on July 15th due to that day’s Premier League home fixture against Bournemouth.
However, when we re-open on July 16th, we will be opening up with our brand-new home kit for the 2020/21 season on sale for the first time.
