During the World Cup break, the Club’s Ticketing, Access and Supporter Services phone lines will be open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday.
These operational hours will be in place from Saturday 19 November.
Ahead of the Women’s Derby at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday 11 December, the phone lines will return to 8am to 8pm from Thursday 8 December through to Matchday so that everyone attending the match has the option of contacting the Club’s dedicated support team should they need to.

Our Hospitality and Stadium Tour Teams will continue to operate their usual operating hours throughout the World Cup break.
