Training: EDS prepare for crucial Leeds clash

A pivotal Premier League 2 clash has been the focus of Manchester City’s Elite Development Squad (EDS) in training this week.

Brian Barry-Murphy’s need a point to ensure the Club are crowned champions of the Under-23 division for the second successive season and will have the opportunity to achieve that feat with a game to spare against Leeds United on Friday 22 April.

City travel to Elland Road for a 19:00 (UK) kick-off, which is available to watch live on CITY+.

It has the potential to be a monumental night in our youngsters’ fledgling careers and Barry-Murphy’s side appeared to be in high spirits as they prepared at the City Football Academy this week.
