The quartet were recognised as the standout players in the Elite Development Squad (EDS) and U18s during the 2019/20 season and received their prizes at a virtual awards ceremony.
Harwood-Bellis was named EDS Player of the Year, which completes an unforgettable campaign for the 18-year-old.
The Stockport-born defender made his first team debut in September, playing the full 90 minutes in the 3-0 Carabao Cup third-round victory over Preston North End.
He went on to make a further three senior appearances, playing the entire match as City beat Oxford United in the League Cup and Port Vale in the FA Cup, whilst he also made his Champions League debut as a substitute in the 4-1 win over Dinamo Zagreb in November.
Unsurprisingly, Harwood-Bellis proved to be an important player for the EDS in the Premier League 2 and helped them to two wins against Football League opposition in the EFL Trophy.
Braaf was the other award winner from Paul Harsley’s side, picking up the Players’ Player of the Year prize.
He scored 11 goals and provided three assists in 27 games across all competitions and his tricky wing play have made him a key figure throughout the campaign.
In the U18s, it was McAtee who scooped the Player of the Year award.
The central midfielder scored twice as City lifted the U18 Premier League Cup with a 6-0 win over Stoke City in March.
His 10 league goals also made him an integral part of Gareth Taylor’s side, who looked on course to win the U18 Premier League before the competition was forced to end prematurely.
The U18 Players’ Player of the Year went to Palmer, the captain of the side, who was in inspired form throughout the 2019/20 campaign.
He netted a brace in the final of the U18 Premier League Cup, whilst in the league, he scored 15 times and provided five assists in just 14 appearances.
Since the Premier League restarted, Palmer has been training with the first team and he was named amongst the substitutes for the first time for the 2-1 defeat at Chelsea.
Everyone at Manchester City congratulates Taylor, Jayden, James and Cole on their awards.
