Finlay Gorman, Floyd Samba, Dante Headley, Timeo Whisker, Teddie Lamb, Jake Wain, Dexter Oliver, Freddie Lawrie and Ben Vickery all enjoyed the special moment in putting pen to paper as they signed their maiden senior contracts.
The latest step in their careers towards senior football, each player signed their deal with Academy Director Thomas Kruecken at the City Football Academy and were also joined by family and friends to make the occasion even more special.
All of the young Blues played a role in the Under-18s lifting the Under-18 Premier League North title for a second successive campaign.
Some also gained valuable Premier League 2 experience as City went on to finish third before ending our 2025/26 season in the quarter-finals of the Play-Offs.
Now, Gorman, Samba, Headley and Vickery will all be looking to further their development in Oliver Reiss’ Elite Development Squad.
And Whisker, Lamb, Wain, Oliver and Lawrie will provide experience and maturity in Lauris Coggin’s Under-18s side that will be looking to win the league for a third successive campaign.
