EDS gallery: EFL Trophy clash with Chesterfield approaching

View the best images as City's Elite Development Squad put in the final leg work before our trip to Chesterfield.

Ben Wilkinson‘s side will take on the National League champions at 19:00 (UK) on Tuesday 20 August, City’s first of three EFL Trophy group stage games, with trips to Lincoln and Grimsby to follow.

The EDS will be looking to take learnings from our 3-1 opening-day defeat at Liverpool and look to put on a better performance against the League Two outfit.

With that in mind, Wilkinson and his players were out on the training pitches at the City Football Academy and were all fully focused on the task ahead.
