What happened...
Goals from Isaac Buckley-Ricketts, Rodney Kongolo and Denzeil Boadu helped Manchester City to a 3-3 draw Leicester City in the Premier League 2.
City had been 2-0 and 3-2 up in the match but couldn’t hold on to their lead.
Buckley-Ricketts opened the scoring early in the match after Aleix Garcia cut the ball cleverly back to him from a free-kick to rifle home.
Although there was a reply of sorts from Leicester, City kept them at arms’ length and added a second midway through the first half when Kongolo burst through the defence and slotted into the corner.
City continued to press for a third, with Garcia repeatedly trying his luck from range but rarely looking likely to beat Iversen in the Leicester goal.
Daniel Grimshaw became busier as the match wore on and was eventually beaten by Admiral Muskwe just after the hour mark. Leicester’s comeback seemed complete ten minutes later when substitute Uche scored a beautiful curling effort.
That seemed to stir City into action and Boadu, who came on at half-time, immediately put City back in the lead with a low, drilled effort.
That wasn’t his final role in the match however, as he was adjudged to have handled the ball in his own area a few minutes later. Leicester’s Layton Ndukwu beat Grimshaw with the resulting penalty to seal a point for the hosts.
What it means...
The draw means Manchester City are second in the Premier League table with 29 points after 15 matches.

Daniel Grimshaw was tonight’s elected goalkeeper.
Demeaco Duhaney, Cameron Humphreys, Tosin Adarabioyo and Charlie Oliver were the defence protecting Grimshaw’s goal.
Aleix Garcia sat at the base of midfield behind Rodney Kongolo and Paolo Fernandes while Brahim Diaz and Aaron Nemane flanked central striker Isaac Buckley-Ricketts.
