Luis Enrique’s men reached the quarter-finals of last year’s competition where they were knocked out by eventual runners-up, Atletico.
Manuel Pellegrini’s men will play the first leg at the Etihad Stadium on 24 February and the away leg at the Camp Nou on 18 March.
