City duo Joe Hart and James Milner have been named in England's squad to face Repbulic of Ireland and Slovenia in June.

Hart heads into the internationals in the form of his life after a string of sterling performances for City, while stalwart Milner, a scorer for City against Swansea last weekend, adds experience to a youthful looking stable of midfielders in Roy Hodgson’s squad.

England play Repbulic of Ireland in Dublin on June 7 before a Euro 2016 qualifier against Slovenia a week later.

England are top of Group E with a 100 per cent record from their five matches so far.

Ever present Hart has conceded just one goal in those games.
