The Champions League last 16 draw will take place on Monday 12 December, from 11am GMT, in Nyon, Switzerland.

The draw will be made from two seeding pots, one consisting of group winners, the other from runners up.

City finished second in Group C behind Barcelona and therefore will face a group winner.

According to UEFA regulations no team can play a club from their group or from their own domestic league.

As a group runner-up, City will be at home at the Etihad Stadium in the first leg (to be played either on 14/15 or 21/22 February) and away in the second leg (either on 7/8 or 14/15 March).

We will have full coverage of the draw live on mancity.com as it happens.

The confirmed group winners are:

Arsenal, Napoli, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, Monaco and Leicester.

The confirmed runners-up are:

PSG, City, Benfica, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Sevilla and Bayer Leverkusen.

City, therefore, could play Napoli, Atletico Madrid, Monaco, Borussia Dortmund or Juventus.
