Caballero, hoping for a fourth game in succession for on Monday evening, says the team are in confident mood and hitting peak form at the perfect time.
He warned, however, that the out-of-sorts Cherries will be far from a pushover.
“It’s going to be great if we carry on with this amount of goals and the sort of form we’ve shown recently, but we know it’s going to be difficult to keep it this way,” said Caballero.
“We are playing away again and Bournemouth are coming into this game on the back of three or four defeats so they are going to play really hard and fight because they know you can get sucked into a relegation fight quickly in the Premier League.
“We must be careful and focus on what we have to do.”
City have excelled on the road this season and recent wins over Crystal Palace and West Ham.
In 18 matches on the road, the Blues have won 11 times – eight in the Premier League and three in domestic cup competitions, scoring 40 goals - an average of more than two goals per game.
With Eddie Howe’s side conceding 47 goals in the Premier League this season – as well as scoring 35 – it seems likely there will be goals at the Vitality Stadium.
“In a big team when you achieve two or three wins in a row, the confidence that comes with that creates a different atmosphere.
“It might be different in the changing room at Bournemouth but they know how to improve and how to get out of this run they are in.
“They will fight to stay in the Premier League and we have to fight to be involved as much as possible in getting closer to Chelsea.
“It’s a different point of view but the same way to achieve your goal. The Premier League is really difficult. No game is easy. We have to do everything well if we want to go to Bournemouth and get three points.”
