The Manchester City boss knows a win would ensure a third-place finish and automatic qualification for next season’s Champions League, avoiding a potentially troublesome two-legged playoff match in August.
The importance of the game is clear and Guardiola accepts his players are under pressure to perform - but he believes they are used to dealing with difficult situations.
“It’s a crucial game for us, absolutely a final,” he said.
“It’s in our hands. Just look at we have to do, win the game against a team who at home over the season made a good result.
“So tomorrow we travel to London to do that.
“Every game is pressure, every game we play with everything.
“It’s in our hands. It depends not on Arsenal or Liverpool. We have to go there and win the game.”

After winning their opening 10 matches of the season in all competitions and setting the early pace in the Premier League, City have since faltered, allowing Chelsea and Tottenham to pull ahead of them in the title race.
Chelsea, who have already been crowned champions, go into the last day 15 points ahead of City, with Tottenham eight points in front.
Guardiola, who won 21 major trophies in his seven seasons as a manager before arriving at City, accepts his squad have plenty of improving to do if they want to bridge the gap, but says he has enjoyed his first season at the Etihad.
“The good teams always fight until the end,” he said.
“After you can win or lose and in the Premier League we didn’t fight until the end for the results because two teams are better than us and we drop a lot of points at home and we have to improve on that next season.
“We are going to finish the season with 15 or 17 points behind the first and second in the league, the gap is big, so we have to work harder next season to reduce that gap.
“I was so happy working in this Club, that’s the important thing.”
