Monday

Pep Guardiola will be joined by a player for his pre-match media briefing ahead of our Champions League game against Shakhtar Donetsk from 12.30pm at the City Football Academy.

Tuesday

It is a double matchday at the Etihad Campus with both our U19 side and first team in European action.

Paul Harsley’s youngsters face Shakhtar in an important UEFA Youth League game, where they will hope to secure a result which gives them a chance of qualifying for the knockout stage of the competition. 

The action gets underway at 3pm at the Academy Stadium and we’ll have a report and reaction on that game on our website and Twitter: @ManCityAcademy.

Five hours later the first team will take on the Ukrainian’s in an 8pm kick-off at the Etihad Stadium, knowing a draw would be enough for us to guarantee our spot in the last 16.

In the UK the game will be broadcast live on BT Sport. Here on mancity.com we’ll have live updates during the build-up and right through until after full-time in our Matchday Centre as well as on Twitter.

Wednesday

Ederson will be visiting the Etihad Stadium City Store for a signing session on Wednesday afternoon. 

The Brazilian will be there for 60 minutes and fans are advised to arrive from 1.30pm. A purchase must be made in store in order to receive a ticket for the queue to the signing session.

Friday

Our attentions turn back towards the Premier League ahead of the weekend’s trip to Newcastle United.

Saturday

There is another Academy/first team double header as our U18s take on Derby County before the senior side tackle Newcastle.

Gareth Taylor‘s youngsters get under way 12noon against the Rams as they look to continue their fine form in the U18 Premier League at the City Football Academy.

Thirty minutes later Guardiola‘s men will kick-off at St James’ Park and that game will be shown live on BT Sport.

Sunday

We end the week with a focus on our women’s first team, who are in action against Liverpool.

Nick Cushing’s side welcome the FA WSL’s lowest ranked team to the Academy Stadium for a 2pm kick-off as we look to continue our fine run of goal scoring form.
