City advanced into the fourth round of the competition with a 3-0 victory over Preston North End.

Pep Guardiola’s men dominated the game and we secured our progression into the next round thanks to first half strikes from Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus and a Ryan Ledson own goal.

It was a great start to our defence of the trophy we have won for the past two seasons and City will soon discover their fourth round fate.

Here’s everything you need to know about the draw for the next stage of the competition.

When does the draw take place?

The fourth round draw will be held on Wednesday September 25 at the home of MK Dons, Stadium MK, following the conclusion of their encounter with Liverpool.

The draw is expected to commence shortly after 9:30pm BST.
